This practice is a good fit if you or your teen

  2. Are able to attend sessions regularly and use therapy as a structured, weekly support.

  3. Are looking to work with a fully licensed, experienced clinician with a strong background in mental health and substance use treatment, and want care that goes beyond surface-level coping strategies.

  4. Are experiencing concerns such as anxiety, mood changes, stress, life transitions, identity development, family strain, or long-standing patterns that haven’t shifted despite insight or effort.

  5. Prefer the flexibility and consistency of secure telehealth, allowing therapy to fit into real life without sacrificing quality of care.

  2. Require frequent support between sessions, crisis management, or intensive monitoring beyond scheduled appointments

  3. Need court-involved, forensic, custody-related, or mandated therapy

  4. Are seeking a higher level of care, such as intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), residential, or inpatient treatment

  5. Are seeking treatment primarily for severe mental illness that requires specialized, multidisciplinary care, such as schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders

  6. Need ongoing case management, advocacy, or wraparound services rather than outpatient psychotherapy

  7. Are looking for coaching, advice-based support, or informal check-ins rather than structured therapy

  8. Are not able to safely manage daily functioning between sessions

These boundaries allow us to provide focused, ethical outpatient therapy within the scope of our licensure and training. When a different level or type of care is needed, we encourage individuals to seek services that can best support their needs.
